How about: Nuevo Tango is giving a voice for those dancers that find it 
difficult to connect with culture, feelings and emotions.

This lack of foundation is the nearest thing nuevo has to a foundation. 
"Nuevo" is simply anything that doesn't last long enough to become viejo.
