In researching films on tango while producing my 
own film, Surrender Tango, I found this catalogue 
which has lots of interesting videos:

If you call and talk to Doug Pouliot he is very knowledgeable and helpful.

For good tango dancing in a feature film, I 
recommend the Tango Lesson by Sally Potter.  SHe 
did an amazing job filming the dancing.

I also found this one interesting:
Tango  ~ Miguel Ángel Solá, Cecilia Narova, Mía 
Maestro, and Juan Carlos Copes (DVD - 1999).
