I have been in Buenos Aires for the past three weeks, and it has been
my experience here that the Argentines I meet rarely if ever tip, and
when they do, it is a very small amount. Never more than 2 pesos
regardless of how large the tab. Only the other foreigners seem
inclined to tip the same way I am.
