Well, she is really skinny so I'm sure he didn't mind that she's a bitch. And cabeceo or not, I'm sure neither of them played hard to get and they agreed readily to a nice long walk around the floor, with frequent thoughtful pauses, and maybe an exciting run. I just hope he's not given to panting and drooling or worse, misappropriating her leg.
It's a great picture. I think it was taken at La Nacional in New York, and Coco gave her that flower.

I know that follower. She is such a bitch. She probably hounded dawg for a
dance. They're in open embrace so they clearly don't know true tango. And
they are the only couple on the floor which has to mean there is a cortina
playing. Someone call the Tango Dog Catcher.
