Don't laugh because I think this may be cheating just
a little (okay maybe a whole lot!).  Recently the
Republic of Tea came out with a "Mate Latte" that is a
blend of cocoa and Brazilian mate.  It is advertised
to be full-bodied rooibos (I don't know what that is),
cactus flowers and almonds.  All I know is that I had
a cup with a teaspoon of steamed milk of this
so-called Mate and it was awesome.   Maybe this is
just my wanta-be Yerba Mate.  [So far, the two or
three brands of Yerba Mate I have tasted have been
bitter, yet I love sipping tea through the bombilla
and the mate vessel while immersed in tango music.]
