Re: [TANGO-L] Milongueros

Dear Pichi de Buenos Aires,

>Manuel, you assume that just because Fabian calls them "noches de
>milongueros" that those dancing are, in fact, milongueros.

-I guess the same with you, you ASSUME that your friends are milongueros and more over that they are the only living milongueros in buenos aires!

>My "approved" list of milongueros: Alberto Luis Ayala, Roberto Bonavato,
>Roberto Carreras, Osvaldo Vicente Centeno, Ernesto Ramon Delgado, Hector
>Carlos Delgado, Daniel Garcia, Jorge DeGouvea, Nestor Leon, Clodomiro
>Ortega, Mario Papasaba, Hector Pellozo, Roberto Angel Pujol, Pedro Sanchez,
>Alito Santamaria, and Ricardo Suarez.

i am really glad you approve all the above gentlemen! i just noticed that you don't approve Ricardo Vidort or Osvaldo Natucci! Perhaps they are not your friends or they just don't like dancing with you! Perhaps you are missing MANY more milongueros!!!!!!!

Is it true that your boyfriend is among those approved milongueros?! Do those 'approved' milongueros have an ISO-9000? (perhaps it is a good idea to make your own standard.... eg.: TANGO-9001 !!!)

I have to say that the role of tango police is not suitable for you.... i generally don't like people that easily come up with their own definitions and like categorizing people. (my personal point of view) (eg.: just what hitler did 70 years ago with arian race..., or what u are trying to do with real tango)

tango is about love and open mindness. I don't know about love but you don't really look open-minded...

you always try to judge people and state your opinion like it is the constitution of tango.... do you think you always have right? do u ever make a mistake?

i always make mistakes! (unlike you) and i should tell you it is really fun to make mistakes!

Dear List:

it is interesting to see the 'tango police', apart from offering you her 'academic' point of view, to try to advertise apartments (that cost much more than the rest of the apartments in BsAs!!!!), milongas, private lessons with numerous approved milongueros (question: being an 'approved' milonguero makes you a real tango dancer, right?), shoes, cloths and other good stuff !

(do u get any commission for that or you are doing it out of your heart?)

is it true that you are trying to impose some regulations in BsAs Market (by just providing your academic point of view) in people advertising other milongas, events, apartments in buenos aires (by sending them personal emails?)?

hm... funny things

do u think by putting the words 'de buenos aires' next to your name, makes you a portena? and therefore it gives more credit to your academic judgments?

personally i prefer to talk to portenos and asking them about milongueros and milongueras, than listening to you... people that live there and dance in the milongas there for 10 or 20 years, are the people i trust.... (i guess there should also be some people that trust God, george buss and pichi de buenos aires! or at least you would like to see some people like that!)

love to all of you

Marco

ps1

I am a horrible dancer!

ps2

i have nothing personal with pichi de buenos aires. i just don't like people with narrow mind and people that think highly of themselves

ps3

sorry for the long email
