      Really, I think you provided some helpful advice. 
      The enquiry was about teachers of a specific style in your country, Switzerland.
      The advice you gave was well considered, appropriate and should not offend anyone, including the teacher you suggested may not be best for that style.
      (He may not prefer to teach it himself, even if he does know it!).
      Now the enquirer has some informed options.
