[TANGO-L] 102 bandoneons

I just got this information through the dutch tango-mailing-list (thanks to
Fred 'El Chato' de Vries) ... and would love to share with all of you out
there!

Appearantly today, in the afternoon, 15.00 hours in Buenos Aires __102__
Bandoneons will gather at Teatro Colon!!!

On the occasion of Anibal Troilo's 90th's birthday on passed by 11 of june
102 Bandoneonistas will play on the stairs of Tetro Colon!!! Persons to meet
today: Ernesto Baffa, Emilio Balcarce, Leopoldo Federico, Carlos Galvan,
Razl Garello, Roberto Alvarez, Rodolfo Mederos, Nistor Marconi,
Pascual Mamone, Roberto Pansera, Walter Rmos, Horacio Romo en Toto
Rodrmguez ... to name but a few!

After this unique play-together they will swarm out in the village [en la
ciudad, en la capital :-) ] to play in groups of 6 or 7 in the diverse cafes
and tearooms!


I wish I could be there!!!

Anyone out there who can document this on (digital) photo / video and
willing to share with the worldwide tango-community afterwards??? PLEASE!!!

Heb je a.s. maandagmiddag niks te doen en zit je toevallig in Buenos
Aires? Ga dan om 15.00 uur even bij het Teatro Colsn kijken. Kun je
op de trappen maar liefst 102(!!!) bandoneonisten samen zien spelen
ter ere van Anmbal Troilo (alias Pichuco, alias El Gordo, dus de
Bolle, wiens negentigste geboortedag 11 juni wordt herdacht).

Alle daar en dan te mobiliseren grote trekzakspelers zullen acte de
prisence geven, o.a.: Ernesto Baffa, Emilio Balcarce, Leopoldo
Federico, Carlos Galvan, Razl Garello (eigenaar van een bando die
van Troilo was), Roberto Alvarez, Rodolfo Mederos, Nistor Marconi,
Pascual Mamone, Roberto Pansera, Walter Rmos, Horacio Romo en Toto
Rodrmguez, levende legende want de enige bandospeler die in
Pichuco's eerste orkest (1937) zat.

Na het unieke samenspel tijdens een paar nummers zullen ze in
groepen van 6 of 7 over de stad uitzwermen om in allerlei cafis en
tearooms op te treden.
