I believe the most effective way to do this, is to create the cloud of
cologne before gettting dressed.
That way the body heat and motion of dancing will release the fragrance
gradually, and there is none on one's clothes to pass along to anyone
else. The fragrance remains elusive, mysterious.... a suggestion only.
