If you are thinking of creating a Web site, you might do as I
did & select AT&T. I'm a software engineer & I researched this
selection as I would have for any of my regular work. If you
want practical & technical details, get a copy of the latest
"PC Magazine" which made an exhaustive study of all the major
Internet Service Providers & concluded that AT&T was the
best of them all. (If it is no longer on the newstand, go to
their Web page where it will be loaded shortly: www.zdnet.com.)

A reason not mentioned in the magazine article is that AT&T
is the only major service that provides a $10 a month ISP
service (the one I use). Everyone else is at least $20.
