by a real estate developer.  The house (known as a PH or tipo casa) is part
of four adjacent units, each with its own entrance.  A friend is buying one
of the units below this first-floor house which will have five rooms, three
baths, kitchen, patio, and roof-top terrace.  This is a property for people
interested in running a tango guest house.  The house will retain the
original flooring and doors, while being totally modernized.  Construction
is expected to be completed in three months.
