The Tango Club of Albuquerque presents Brigitta
Winkler & Tomas Howlin for our first workshop of 2006:
Friday - Sunday, January 13-15. Over the weekend, we
will have 5 workshop classes with milongas both
Saturday and Sunday nights. Tomas & Brigitta will also
be available for private classes, with first priority
given to workshop participants. Accommodation for out
of town guests may be available with local dancers

All classes will be held at the Lloyd Shaw Dance
Center, 5506 Coal Ave. SE in Albuquerque, NM
Friday, Jan. 13, 7:30-9pm:
Expression and meaning in tango: achieving
communication skills through understanding
significance (all levels). Followed by open
dancing/practica until 10:30pm
Saturday, Jan. 14, 1:15-2:45pm:
Tango Traspie, playing with rhythm, musicality and
connection on the quick beat. (beginning/intermediate)
3:00-4:30pm: The Subtle Milonguero (intermediate)
Sunday, Jan. 15, 2-3:30pm:
Body Maps - Make Your Dance Delicious (Int/Adv)
3:45-5:15pm:
Neo & Nuevo - What's the Hype? (Int/Adv)
Milonga Saturday night at RB Winning Coffee House,
across from the University of New Mexico campus and
Sunday night at Kelly's Brew Pub.
Complete weekend package price: $110 (includes 1-yr
TCA membership).
