Each day, the first class introduces a number of exercises basic and
essential for the materials to be covered in the second class. The
exercises will be practiced with focus on posture, weight-shifting, mindful
walking, groundedness, centering, etc. based on Tango Zen concept.
Chan Park is an accomplished dancer, Tango teacher, martial arts devotee,
and teacher of meditation. With Eugenia, his wife and partner, he offers
workshops in Europe, Asia and North and South America.
