EU-W: Kiwi in Europe- Hamburg festival accomodation?

I shall be in Hamburg for the festival Aug 22-25.  Can anyone point me
at some budget accomodation?

I shall be moving on from there to Paris (until Mid-ish September) and
Barcelona (until 24th Sept). =20

Any advice on milongas and accomodation in those cities would be
gratefully received.
