Date: Mon, 29 May 2000 16:32:11 +0200 From: Villa Rogaia <info @ROGAIA.DE> Subject: EU-W:Tango with Amira Campora in Umbria, Italy June 25 - July 2, 2000: One week of Tango with Amira C`mpora (Buenos Aires) at Villa La Rogaia, an old Umbrian country house on the northern shore of Lake Trasimeno near Perugia, Italy. Amira C`mpora was mainly influenced by Graciela Gonzalez and Gustavo Naveira. She teaches the Tango of the old Milongero Masters, working on the sense of music and rhythm, to encourage variation and improvisation in the dance. Price: Last minute special ! US $ 400 DM 800,- ( instead of US $ 445 DM 890,-) (includes teaching 3 hours a day, lodging in doubleroom, breakfast and dinner for 7 days) Tango classes will be held on our large terrace or in the ballroom. The lessons will last for three hours a day, allowing plenty of time to enjoy the garden, pool and surroundings of the Villa and to go for trips to the nearby lake or towns (Perugia, Siena, Assisi, Firenze). At the end of the course there will be a dance at the Villa La Rogaia with members of the local Tango community. The course is designed for medium to advanced level students. Teaching will be intense as the number of participants is limited to 5 - 6 couples. So far, we have received registrations from all over New York State, Canada, Pennsylvania, Massachussets, and Maryland. At this point we are still able to find lodging with local tangueros for whoever is interested in such arrangement.
