About Daniel Lapadula:
Originally from Argentina, Daniel trained in jazz and ballet dancing
in Buenos Aires, and he began dancing tango professionally in 1977.
Daniel is now a professional tango performer, teacher, organizer and
choreographer residing in Miami, Florida. He has performed across
the United States and the Caribbean to critical acclaim, as well as in
the movie "Random Hearts" starring Harrison Ford. He has also been
the choreographer and director of a number of tango shows.
He has recently been filming his visits to U.S. cities for broadcast
on Solo Tango TV (the tango-only channel in Buenos Aires). Despite
his credentials as a stage dancer, the broadacasts feature Daniel's
specialty--club style tango which he will be teaching during his
classes in Dallas and is particularly suitable for social dancing.

Stark reality, powerful emotions, fantasy, the conscious and the unconscious
create a rich kaleidoscope. Actors and musicians create different stories,
of different characters, from different backgrounds and origins. Life and
dreams are intertwined using TANGO as the magic thread.
