This will be a different type of a show since on the stage you will have part of the "History of Tango," and its protagonists with people on scene and unedited videos. Diego & Olga and Cristian and Lorena (Tango's young and new blood) Natalia and Luis Rivera (singer) All of them accompanied by a Tango group featuring Miguel Arrabal on Bandoneon, Armando Patrono on the keyboard, Jorge Bernieri (Forever Tango) on the Piano and Ramses Colon on the base. On Video you will have Dicepolo, Gardel, Tita Merello, Troilo, Manzi, Canaro, Mores, Copes and many others The show starts at 10:00 PM but with the same ticket, the public can see the regular Tropigala Show that starts at 07:30 PM (That's optional). At the end of the show there will be a Milonga (party) for many hours. The ticket is only $20,00 and can be purchased in advance at be calling (305)387-8724. I am not an agent unless you want to pay me a fee to find a place for you, so you should contact these people directly about a room. I recommend you write at least four months in advance to book a room, or as soon as you know the exact dates of your visit to BsAs. Gladys have been active in Asia for the past ten years, bringing her workshops to Hong Kong, Manila, China and Japan, and helping to sow the seeds for tango in the region. They were last here in June this year, to a well-received workshop of almost 100 students. They also appeared on TCS8's Good Morning Singapore program and performed at the Embassy of Argentina Milonga party at Dynasty Ballroom. Their next workshop will run from 30 November to 7 December. They will be conducting 7 sessions for Complete Beginners and 7 sessions for Intermediate Dancers, with each session being 1-1/2 hour of lessons and around 1 hour of practice. You can either sign up for the full course, or sign up session by session. No partner is required. The venue of the classes is: Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts Dance Studio (2nd floor), 111 Middle Road. There will also two special sessions taught by guest teachers from Tango2000 for Intermediate/Advanced dancers and stage dancers. Please sign up early as vacancies are very limited!!
