Dear Listees,

    We owe an apology to ourselves and to Evelien who wrote, "After lurking
for two months now, I finally found the courage to post something. In case
of any attacks I've got my harness and my wooden shoes nearby. I'm a 29 year
old Dutch tango dancer living in Amsterdam...." Do we really pursue and
behave that badly that such beauty shivers?

    Yes, you belong here and anywhere you want to be, Evelien E.F. Although
it is true that Mr. Merchant has set-up the Tango-A(nnouncement) List,
separate from this Tango-L List, which is where her request and the request
of Nina Bogdanovskaya (tango in Israel) might be better served; however, she
need never lurk among us, her tango companions.
