Subject: Tango in Lisbon during 1-4 April?
As the title suggests, I will be in Lisbon for Easter and would very much=
like to tango.
I will try to do some web search, so those whose times are really tight,
please do not get offended by my e-mail.
Any web-sites, milongas run on a regular basis, special events and contac=
ts
would be greatly appreciated.
Regards,
Yusuf

The most comprehensive source of weblinks about when and where to
dance tango can be found at Go Tango World Wide
<http://www.xs4all.nl/~disegno/tango/links.html>.
The Paris link found there is called Le Temps du Tango
<http://perso.club-internet.fr/tango/>.

=46eaturing The Colorado Rocky Mountians, five Milongas (two with live
music), Argentine Tango Instruction and Performances by Tango Mujer.
The primary emphasis will be on Dancing, rather than instruction, leaving
the days free to relax and explore the nearby Mountains and Plains. By the
last part of July the mountains will have lost most of their snow.
Costs for the events will be kept reasonable (Milongas $7 and $10) and Color=
ado
remains an inexpensive city in terms of lodging, although a car is almost a
necessity in order to get around. All Milongas will be held close to Downtow=
n
Denver. Instruction will be in Boulder or Denver.
Tango Mujer is a performance company consisting of five women, Rebecca Shulm=
an
and Fabienne Bongard of New York, Brigitta Winkler and Angelika Fischer of
Berlin, and Valeria Solomonof of Buenos Aires. The Colorado Dance festival
performances by Tango Mujer will be the first complete presentation of
their work in the United States. It is strongly advised that you
pre-purchase your tickets throught the Colorado Dance Festival for the
Tango Mujer performances July 23 and 24.
Classes offered by members of Tango Mujer, will include Intermediate -
Advanced Tango, sponsored by the Colorado Dance Festival, as well as
classes on Musicality and on Teaching Tango, sponsored by Chautauqua
Publishing.
Sponsorship of the Colorado Tango Week includes Tango Colorado, La Eterna
Milonga, Colorado Dance Festival, Extasis Orquesta At=EDpica and The Mercury
Cafe.
The Colorado Tango community, although only five years old is one of the mos=
t
vibrant in the United States. We expect guests from New York, Berlin,
Heidelberg, San Francisco, Pheonix, Albuquerque/Santa Fe and other cities.
